Application Process

Halcyon Hill Foundation will soon celebrate 15 years of philanthropy focused on early childhood issues. Over $5 million dollars have been invested and many community partnerships have been built. Looking forward, the Foundation board is exploring an expansion of mission and a broadening of scope. During this period we ask grant applicants to send letters of inquiry only, not full proposals, unless requested by the Foundation.

Halcyon Hill Foundation is a member of the Council on Foundations, the Association of Small Foundations, and Grantmakers Forum of New York. Information on the Foundation’s tax reporting may be found at www.guidestar.org.
