In mid-2009 Halcyon Hill Foundation will dissolve. Two new, independent foundations are being created to continue the tradition of innovative philanthropy that began with Halcyon Hill's founder. The focus and missions of the new organizations are evolving, as are their grant application processes. For the present, neither is accepting unsolicited grant proposals.

HHF is proud of its 15 years of support for Rochester's children and grateful to the partners who shared its mission on vital issues such as education, health, justice and the arts.
