Halcyon Hill Foundation is a not-for-profit family foundation dedicated to the well-being of pre-school age children in Rochester, New York.

The Foundation offers time-limited support in its expressed area of interest to qualified non-profit organizations that are exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and that are not private foundations.

Grants are made to programs and agencies that support and encourage education, health, justice, and the arts for pre-school age children in our local area. Grants to religious organizations are made only for nonsectarian programs, and no grants can be made to individuals.

Halcyon Hill Foundation seeks to make the best use of its limited resources in responding to today's social concerns. It supports preventative programs, programs for innovative social change, and established, proven programs.

The Foundation welcomes collaboration with other private and public funders to address issues of concern regarding Rochester's youngest children.
